Truck Repair
For any truck repair fill out this form OR to expedite, please email Jim and Martha. Together we will figure out the next step and if a spare is needed. Matt will assist in securing you a spare van (if needed) and documenting the time it is used. Always return a spare van cleaner than you left it and make us aware of any issues👍.
Remember at Spring and Fall we get oil changes and tires swapped. A company email reminder will be sent. Oil Changes can be done wherever is most convenient for you. The truck “driver” is responsible for scheduling all regular maintenance and inspections.
Incident Report
Do you have something to report? Vehicle Accident, Injury, Damage on job to home, etc. Please fill out this form at the time of the incident and include all pertinent details, pictures, etc.
