During the 12 months following the date of our installation, we will upgrade your system to the next larger size if it is unable to heat your home to 70°F when the outdoor temperature is -5°F or cool your home to 75°F when the outdoor temperature is 95°F.

 

Installation

Relax knowing that your investment is safeguarded with Papalia. Unless otherwise noted for a period of 3 years from the date of our installation if a Papalia-provided product or workmanship failure occurs while under normal operation and with annual maintenance, we will make any needed modifications or repairs at absolutely no cost to you.

No Lemons

We pledge to promptly remove any ‘lemons’ from your system. If the heat exchanger in your furnace/boiler should crack or if the compressor in your outdoor unit should fail during the first 5 years of ownership we will remove the “lemon” and install a new unit.

Money Back

For a period of 12 months following the date of our installation. If you are unhappy for any reason with the work we have provided and/or the equipment we have provided and if we cannot otherwise resolve the problem to your satisfaction, we will remove the equipment we have provided and furnish you with a complete refund.

Install Date

We understand that your time is valuable, and we respect it deeply. That’s why we offer our $500 Installation Date Guarantee. If we don’t have your new system installed by the date promised, we’ll pay you $500 for the inconvenience. Trust us to deliver not just exceptional service, but also the respect your time deserves. With our guarantee, you can have peace of mind knowing we prioritize your time.
