Help Is Always Available
A burst pipe, an overflowing toilet, or a water heater that’s flooding your basement doesn’t wait for business hours. Neither do we. Papalia Home Services offers 24/7 live answering, seven days a week, for plumbing emergencies throughout Boxborough, Acton, Westford, Concord, Sudbury, and Lexington. Call 978-209-1084 and a real person will answer, day or night.
What Counts as a Plumbing Emergency
- Burst or actively leaking pipes
- Sewage backup or a toilet that won’t stop overflowing
- No water at all, or no hot water throughout the home
- A water heater leaking or flooding the area around it
- A sump pump failure during heavy rain
- Gas odor near a water heater or gas line
- Any leak that’s actively causing water damage
If you’re not sure whether your situation qualifies, call anyway. We’d rather confirm it’s not an emergency than have you wait on something that is.
What to Do While You Wait for Help
If you have a burst pipe or major leak, shut off your home’s main water valve if you know where it is and can reach it safely. For a gas odor, leave the house and call from outside before calling your gas company and us. For sewage backup, avoid using drains or toilets until we arrive. None of this is a substitute for calling right away; it just limits damage in the meantime.
We Show Up Ready to Fix It, Not Just Assess It
Our trucks are fully stocked with the parts and tools needed to resolve most plumbing emergencies on the first visit. That means less time waiting for a follow-up appointment while water damage gets worse.
